Eskridge Care Center is committed to providing you accessible information to make informed decisions about your health care and about our services. As part of that commitment, we use a national, standardized survey to measure our patients’ experiences.
This survey is administered by the National Research Corporation (NRC). A brief survey is given to patients just prior to their discharge from our community. All other Eskridge Care Center residents, patients and families are surveyed annually.
We use the results of these surveys to help improve our services for you. We also share this information with you to help you make a more informed decision. These patient surveys offer our patients an opportunity to rate their experiences and share comments, which are then displayed anonymously on this page.
We do not post comments that are libelous, slanderous, profane, or otherwise inappropriate or may risk the privacy of our patients or residents.
We’re always looking for talented and passionate individuals who enjoy working together as a team to make a difference in the lives of others each and every day.
We appreciate your feedback and any comments you’d like to share that can help us in our mission to do the best job possible in enhancing the lives of those we serve.
